Born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Megan grew up vacationing on Hilton Head Island each year, making the Lowcountry feel like home long before she officially moved here in 2021. She holds a B.S. in Marketing from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and brings several years of experience in marketing, with a focus on creative strategy, branding, and digital marketing.

As Marketing & Transaction Manager, Megan combines her creative expertise with a detail-oriented approach to support the team and its clients from marketing through closing. She handles the team’s marketing and branding efforts while carefully coordinating transaction details to help ensure each sale progresses smoothly, efficiently, and with the utmost attention to detail.
